Watercolour Paints

Is there a way I am able to revive dried up tubes of watercolour Paint?
The lids broke off some of my tubes of watercolour paint but I’m not able to replace them. Is there a way I can return them to their original consistency?
P.s I can’t get the dried paint out of the tubes to add water.
You can try putting it in water to see if it softens enough for you to take it out. If not, then I guess you can just cut it open and save as much as you can. But, I think that you would have to buy new ones.
