What is the name of the famous Filipino Painter known for koi fish Paintings?
I recently went on an Intramuros tour in the Philippines and visited sculptor, Carlito Ortega’s beautiful home. He has two paintings (one mainly green and the other red/purple) of a a scene of koi fish by a famous Filipino painter known for his paintings of koi fish. His signature looks something like “Cacheca, 07″ but I could be totally off because I can’t find him anywhere!
Any help is greatly appreciated!!
