Painting Ideas with three different colors?

I’m going to be painting my bedroom this summer and I have no clue on what design im going to do… the colors I will be using are Splish Splash CI 257, Salem Blue A53-4, and Cracked Pepper CI 57 ( basically two different blues and black ). Any ideas?

Paint in a chair rail (or higher) with the dark blue below, the light blue above this crisp line. This makes a pretty dramatic color comparison, but also breaks up the space some so that no one color is overwhelming.

Next, stencil. Even if you’re a pro Painter, since you have a limited palette, crisp and striking designs will work in your favor, especially on a large surface. For a fun but still somewhat feminine, trying a fleur design. Or swirls. Something simple. Place these coming from door frames, windows, or from the ceiling and have them cross over both blues at some point.

If your blues are really dark, I’d suggest leaving the door trims white. Also, if the blues are dark, try an accent wall or two rather than the whole room. Paint walls across from windows white to reflect light onto the darker walls.
